I am writing this to share my deeply frustrating experience with Anglia Homes, and I hope it serves as a warning to anyone considering buying a property from them. I purchased my home in May 2024. By the end of that year, I had to contact their warranty department because the vinyl flooring was already peeling. This was the beginning of a long and unresolved nightmare. In February 2025, with the problem getting worse, I opened another warranty ticket for the same peeling vinyl floor. It wasn't until the end of March 2025 that a flooring specialist finally came to inspect the issue. The specialist confirmed the installation was of "very low quality" and said he needed approval from Anglia Homes before any repairs could be made. Since that visit, Anglia Homes has gone silent. I am a Realtor and experienced very poor customer service by salesperson Lina Castro. I merely inquired about a question my clients had and she was very short and full of attitude with me. I didn't receive an answer to my question, so I decided to call the other salesperson and asked him the same question. Lina Castro calls me back yelling at me telling me how unethical it was for me to ask her sales partner a question. Will definitely advise my clients to stay away. Very unprofessional at best!

If you can get past the fact that they are th company OF NO YOU CAN'T DO THAT. the offer an affordable product. I just read a review by Alexandra Klauer. I decided t to defend Lina Castro. We dealt directly with her almost daily. We found her to be kind, Courteous and above all friendly.
