Terrible customer service. We showed up to the model home at 4:30pm and no one was there to help. A sign on the kitchen counter said that Wes was out on property, we waited 40 minutes no one ever showed up. We went to the inventory homes to see if they were open, no they were locked. We then called Thomas Quinlan who was at another model home and he said we could go back and pick up a key from him. By this time it is 5:15pm and he informs us he closes at 6pm. No I’m sorry for your inconvenience nothing. We then get a call from Thomas asking us to bring the key back he has to go to his sons basketball training. We rush back to the model him the man is visibly upset and bothered, meets us outside gets the key, gives no opportunity to ask questions instead he complains that we held him up a

We went through the process of spec to build and then later purchasing an inventory home. Building from scratch was a challenge. I recommend studying the catalog before going to the design center because there is a time limit. Tom (sales rep) was very informative and always went out of his way to help us. If there were any mistakes he made sure to reach out to the appropriate people. Tim (project manager) was awesome. When we decided to switch over to a spec home, Tim made sure every concerned was addressed. Even after closing he went above and beyond to solve issues that had nothing to do with Westin.
