Two homes, Brent did a great job on the first home (5 stars) but Jason butchered the second home inspection so badly (1 star) that five months later I’m still embroiled with the new home warranty team whose sole argument is “well your inspector didn’t catch it” The things Jason didn’t catch: - Raccoon pawprints and shit in one crawl space and the attic, indicating large rodent infestation and a decent hole in the roof allowing the rodent to get in - scratches on the HVAC ducts from said raccoon - a CLIPBOARD and PEN shaped stain on our main bathroom countertop that became apparent only when cleaned —> this was the first defect we found when we moved in - a chip in the main bath tub - rust in tubs - creaking stairs Do not recommend.
