We had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting Perry Homes at Austin Point 60’! The community is stunning—beautifully designed with thoughtful layouts, excellent amenities, and those generous 60’ homesites that give you plenty of space. Our guide, John, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole tour informative and stress-free. If you're house hunting in the Richmond/Houston area, this is definitely worth checking out. We highly recommend it!
