Makes the refinancing process or homebuying process very easy to deal with, and everything is mostly sent electronically so it is an easy process to understand and get paperwork signed very quickly. He also answers any questions that you may have, to the best of his knowledge or the best of his ability, if not, then he gets back with you In a timely manner to get your questions answered.
