Ryan Homes at Burr Oak Mill

The overall process wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t amazing either. We had a few issues, including our loan officer randomly quitting during the process and no one knowing about it. We weren’t able to move forward because we couldn’t sell our current home within the required timeframe, which obviously wasn’t Ryan’s fault. We met with Ashley and her manager to see if they would reduce the purchase price so we could lower our home and improve our chances of selling. We asked for a $10k reduction, but the manager was very unwilling to work with us and said the most they could offer was $5k, so we reduced our home by $5k and it still didn’t sell. Our first impression with Ryan Homes was with Ashley and she sealed the deal for us. She was beyond helpful and truly the greatest help for us in deciding on our home. We also loved working with our project manager, Jordan. He kept us informed along the way and was always willing to meet with us and show us the progression on our home. First off, if you believe all the negativity on social media about Burr Oak and that discourages you from building a home here, you will never have your dream home. Ashley, Taylor, and Jordan all went above and beyond for me in every step of the way. The communication at each stage in the process was phenomenal.
