Arrowhead Village Apartments

Horrible place to live was not cleaned like the landlord had promised us from the time we got approved for the unit. She ask way to much for a one bedroom apartment witch cost 450 a month and the unit is only worth 300 max. She has heating and cooling guys that work for her from knew knoxville heating and cooling and they are really disrespectful when they are in your apartment. Woke up to these two guys standing outside my bedroom door because I heard one of them cough. The landlord also has a tendency of making alot of emergency stop ins meaning showing up unannounced. I had to clean mold off the window seals and bathtub and behind the toilet where it stores water. Very gross place to live and definitely not getting what you pay for no privacy either.

Management was in dire need of improvement. We left our place spotless and they still refused to give us our full deposit. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Look elsewhere

Bed bug never again move in this place. The landlord was mean and didn’t want to work with me. I’ll go somewhere else and for that she went off my credit score and I’m homeless. Thanks. I’m trying to get back on my feet. I would not recommend this place. F... that lady or place!

Management took care of any issues very quickly. There were very few problems though. Only thing that I had a problem with was parking.

Bad communication. Never like to fix any issues
