West on Murray Apartments

My partner and I moved in during mid November, we’ve had zero issues. It’s been great so far! When we first were looking at apartments Athena Cane was an absolute amazing tour guide, and really helped us understand how unities would work- and overall made us feel welcomed! The application overall felt very simple and wasn’t overly complicated.

Amazing! The process was so quick and easy and if you need to move quickly, they are on top of it. My apartment was professionally cleaned before I moved in Which I was already prepared to have to do so it was such a relief. From start to finish Kristian and Athena were there with all the details and guidance. I will say the floors are a little noisy (creaky-mine and unit above me) which wasn’t brought up in the moving process (Make sure to walk around the unit and flush toilet, mine is very loud! Not bad though) but it is an older building so I guess that is expected. Other than that, this was the best experience I’ve had moving into an apartment EVER and I am very happy with my unit and the staff at West. Especially Carlos. He is so helpful and needs a raise:)

I’m just gonna air out after only living here almost two months. Found these apartments online and thought they were super nice! Did a virtual tour online as I lived out of state, it was a unit with all hardwood floors and updated appliances but no washer/dryer. I asked for a washer and dryer and they said they had an identical unit, but on the first floor and it had a washer/dryer. I asked for pictures of the unit and Trinity at Centro Management Said it was complicated, but she would try and get pictures to me. They never did. Fast forward to when we arrive to our new apartment out of state. Parking is horrible, surrounded by a bunch of dilapidated garages and our apartment has shag carpeted bedrooms, no updated appliances, no sprayer sink in the kitchen, no storage ANYWHERE, seriously y

These people lose paperwork like there's no tomorrow. My ex roommate has been charged for rental insurance they started to provide despite his having provided proof of insurance. They failed to fix the washer and dryer in multiple visits, clearing the call each time to necessitate a new report being filed to continue having maintenance attempt to fix the problem. Time consuming, disruptive, and getting expensive. I moved out right about six months ago, and they have been notified multiple times, but my name is STILL on the lease. Any time you provide documentation to these folks, ensure you have a copy and consider making sure you email or use certified mail so you have records of having sent it. The maintenance crew is very nice.
