If I could give negative stars, then I would. The listing agent Teri Arnett was rude and has no understanding of the stringent loan process that a buyer has to go through. Being pre-approved does not necessary mean the loan was approved! It has to be written off by the underwriter. I was denied of my earnest money ($4,000) because according to an email: my lender (loan officer) said I failed to perform your duties and not turned in the necessary paperwork and backing off from the purchase when it was "approved" for closure when it was just pre-approved! I called my loan officer and she told me she was never contacted. My loan was denied because I submitted ALL the necessary paperwork for it to be processed and eventually denied by the underwriter.
