I wouldnt waste time applying here. Should of known when rental has been available for over 100 days. They just take your money for the rental application, which is really expensive 55.00 per person. I know it doesnt cost that much to run credit report. I I had to call the leasing office to babysit my application to only be told that I was denied. Then mentioned they couldn’t go over my rental application because the decision was in an email that was sent to me. I have learning Disability and needed help understanding the decision and asked if i Could speak to the manager and The person kept saying I’m not declining you from speaking to them, but they’re going to still deny you. Exceeds every expectation! I really needed help managing a property, and I'm amazed at the luck I had in finding Jude at Profound Properties. Super friendly and knowledgeable, great communication, and I just know he's there when anything comes up. It's been a better situation than I could have imagined from day one. When I moved away from Portland, it was a hard decision to trust someone else with my property. I had other managers who really let me down.
