West End

Living at West End Apartments has been a truly wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff who make this community feel like home. From day one, Jonathan has gone above and beyond—his warm "welcome home " , professionalism, and genuine care for residents set the tone for what it’s like to live here. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the leasing team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s rare to find a place where the staff makes you feel so valued, but West End Apartments does exactly that. I’d also like to give a huge thank-you to the amazing leadership in the leasing office. Denisse gave us our tour and was super helpful, kind, and personable, making us feel comfortable right away. Johnathan helped us get our keys and even stayed late after the office had closed to assist us, which we really appreciated. The staff here go above and beyond for my boyfriend and me. Even though they’re always busy, they’re patient, attentive, and quick to answer any questions or help with maintenance requests. Work orders get handled fast, and everyone is always friendly and professional. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, which has made moving in easy and stress-free. The amenities are nice and well-kept, and the move-in process was smooth. The staff also do a wonderful job creating a sense of community — I was lucky enough to win one of their raffles

Writing this review as I'm stuck outside my apartment because my key fob randomly stopped working. Office is closed so I contacted the building emergency line for them to say they'll be here in 20 minutes. It's been 45 mins and I'm still waiting. Update - Maintenance came a few minutes later and apparently my key fob had expired. I was given no warning or anything. He gave me a back up. Took a total of 50 mins to get back in my apartment. A place like this with smart locks should have an emergency maintenance person in the building.

This review is specific to Dennis. She lacks professional courtesy expected in a luxury apartment. Almost intentional so we are forced to meet other management team for assistance. If she picks the phone, be sure to be on hold indefinitely. She kept me on hold for 49 minutes until I ended the call. She never bothered to return the call either of follow up. Otherwise, a good apartment with nice amenities. Maintenance is responsive through web request. Kathy and others try to stay professional.

I haven’t had the best experience lately but Jonathan, he has been amazing for management and assisting residents. I moved to West End in 2024. A lot has changed especially with management that I hadn’t been pleased with and also just the upkeep of the property (neighbors) I’m thankful for the hospitality and courtesy Jonathan showed when approaching him with an issue I had. Thank you for reminding that good management still exists.
