Very unstable infested with bed bugs and roaches and the property manager down not have a care in the world
THE PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE TO LIVE NOT EVEN THE SENIOR CITIZEN WELLINGTON SQUARE HAS MOLD IN IT THE PLACE IS VERY NASTY EVERY SINCE LORI PHILLIPS BEEN THERE THE PLACE HAS GONE DONE MOVE YOUR LOVE ONES WHY YOU STILL CAN FACTS HOW YOU THREATEN OLD PEOPLE IF THEY DON'T COME TO MEETING THIS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS SAD
This Senior Apt Complex has been remodeling for months. Some of the residents were moved to hotels during the remodel of their unit. Now as of last Friday, they have shut down the elevators for repair/replace. This 3 story complex has hundreds of tenants and are not taking into consideration that they are seniors, on walkers in wheelchairs etc. The tenants are basically hostages in their own homes. How could this be ok with the city?
I guess after they remodeled the place, it is really a very nice apartment! Because of the area, I thought it was gonna be ghetto I thought it was gonna be nasty but they have really good
I live at Wellington Square. Good people. Wonderful Staff. Very nice and clean. BBQ pit. You name it. It's great 👍.
