I lived her for a year, and it was great. I relocated to Shreveport for work, and Destiny was extremely helpful from the first day I called the property to inquire about availability until I moved out. Location is great, and apartment area is quiet, and property is very clean. Maintenance is very quick with fixing issues, and there was always little events for residents. As far as staff goes, I’ve only dealt with Destiny and any time I needed anything she helped very quickly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in Shreveport.

I lived here for about 9 months and I absolutely loved it! Not only are the apartments clean and contain the latest appliances but the complex is very nice and well kept up. Staff is super friendly and able to answer any questions you have and they really make you feel at home! I always felt safe in the neighborhood and in my apartment which is huge for living in Shreveport. The amenities are also fantastic, the pool is gorgeous and almost always empty, the tennis courts and walking trail are maintained well and the package lockers are a huge plus. If I didn’t have to move I wouldn’t have. Fern Crossing is the place to live in Shreveport!

Fern Crossing has been an amazing place to live this past year. The office staff works very hard to keep the property clean, orderly, and safe. There are so many cool amenities and extras such as a beautiful pool with grilling area and a fire place, picnic tables, and a beautiful office that is open for residents to get coffee and other goodies daily. They have a lot of fun extras for their residents such as gift wrapping station during Christmas, Free Farmers Market, Turkey give away during the holidays, fresh flowers during Valentines, and much more. The maintenance team is very kind and professional and will be at your door almost immediately with any concerns that you may have.
