I've had a really great experience living at this apartment complex, and a big part of that is thanks to Tamiko Anderson. She’s always professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something addressed, Tamiko has responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of. She’s super organized, keeps everything running smoothly, and communicates clearly about anything going on in the community. It’s refreshing to have a property manager who’s not only on top of things but also friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely appreciate everything she does to make this place feel like home!

I’ve had such a great experience here at lifestyle on pines ! The property is always clean, quiet, and well taken care of. Maintenance requests get handled quickly, and the staff is always professional and friendly. I especially want to mention Tamiko from the leasing office — she’s been amazing from start to finish! She made the whole process so smooth, always answered my questions, and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable moving in. You can really tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend this community, and if you stop by, definitely ask for Tamiko — she’s the best!

Tamiko is amazing. She is an excellent communicator, great multi-tasker, and very professional. When things need to be done she is right in it. Tamiko handles business very professional and I enjoy working with her especially with the type of population we serve. If there is an available unit she s or phone call away. Most, Definitely worth the stay. The Staff are so friendly and will make you feel at home. ☺️ 🏡You, won't regret it. Management are awesome. Ask, For (Mrs.Tamiko) She is awesome. 😎 💯 And, The Maintenance Men always fix everything urgently and on time. It's so peaceful and nice in the area.
