I had a wonderful experience! They made a complicated process so easy and straightforward with their great coordination and transparency. Our loan officer, Chad, was especially amazing! Super nice and very knowledgeable professional who was always there to answer any questions and clarify any issues. I really enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him.

The principal lending officer, Chad was a fountain of knowledge, patient and understanding. He was quick to pull out his trusty financial calculator to run some numbers and help me make “go” or “no way” decisions early in the home shopping process. Later his patience would be repeatedly tested as my marital status became a factor in obtaining a VA loan. (If still legally married, my uncooperative spouse would have to give consent for the underwriter to include her credit picture, which she steadfastly refused.)
