Jan was my realtor for the purchase of a house, first planned to be in Sierra Madre, but eventually she helped me buy one in Pasadena. My daughter had just graduated from Grad school and was ready to settle down and buy her first home. The year was 2020 and I was unable to help, but Jan and Katie became big part of our lives and helped her and her fiance find the perfect starter home in Altadena. In 2023 I was beginning to truly understand the aging process and thought it might be better for me if I lived closer to family, and good medical care. Luckily we found a vacant lot just around the corner! We were so excited and called Jan to help us with the purchase. We were ready to build our 2-Gen house. Unfortunately, the purchase of the lot came with the 1958 house next door. Jan handled all of the ups and down like a pro and went above and beyond to by managing the remodel of the old house for me, since I live out of town

We just closed the sale of an investment property with Jan and she is EXCELLENT. I was reluctant at first to invest in the property to get it ready for sale but Jan was 💯correct and the resources to help. Her team came in and assessed the property and had it refreshed and ready in just a few short weeks. Her idea of staging the home was spot on and done in such a way that it was appealing to young family’s as their first home.
