Judith Paniagua is a very ethical, knowledgeable, experienced realtor. She helped us close a deal on a commercial property in Duarte, CA within 2 months of listing with her. She advertised in the MLS, internet, and even in the newspapers. We got interest all over the place almost every 2 days and she showed up for each and every appointment (even if it was night time). We got updates almost daily and she was on top of any problems that were presented (and was even proactively looking for any potential problems that may stymie the deal so that we could be prepared and help push the deal along in the shortest amount of time).
