Lived here for 2 years. Not sure if it's still the same owners Terry Cotto and her husband but its a rough place to live. Landlord would have workers show up and enter units without notice and when they did give notice they wouldn't follow up on if the repairs were finished. Landlord allowed their family members to use the dumpers while at the same time would email nastys letters complaining that the dumpers were always full. Rent checks were not deposited in a timely manner, sometimes weeks or months later. Repair requests were ignored or forgotten. Poor insulation; you can hear your neighbors farts. I wish I was kidding. Leaky plumbing in both the bathroom and kitchen. Poorly timed/aimed lawn sprinkler system. Rodent problems that went unaddressed. Landlord tried to charge for a

This place is literally full of RATS! I lived there for two years and there was a rat problem the whole time...fact, not disgruntled.
