Watergate Apartments

We have recently relocated to this apartment complex due to the unfair rent increase ($300+) from the Solarium apartments. We are thrilled with how cute and well maintained our apartment is! Joyce was a pleasurer to talk to regarding our application and moving in and we love that she has been the manager for several years (Old complex had new management every 6 month). We are excited for this new beginning and we hope to have a few wonderful years here!

Office staff are friendly and welcoming. For the most part it's quiet with no issues. Lots of older residents so it feels much safer than other places. Maintenance requests are handled right away. Security cameras are around the whole complex to help us feel at ease.

Lacey & Nicole are both very professional, very easy to work with . Originally gave a 5 star rating - Home office however is another story . If the billing is done thru a third party company - and incorporated and billed thru your rent , once the third party company realizes that they have made a billing error - which was sent to the rental for billing - shouldn’t the rental company reverse , credit what’s owed ? The third party biller did reverse on their end but the charges due to the rental company were never adjusted Due to the billing error of someone else therefore causing my rent to be very high and late. I think that under circumstances like these , if the bill is going to be wrapped all into the rent , rent should have been fully adjusted since those charges were INCORRECT .

The grounds are kept clean, any maintenance requests ive had have all been worked and resolved timely. The atmosphere is quiet. The office manager is extremely friendly and she made me feel welcome.

I’ve lived in watergate apartments for almost a year now, and the experience has been wonderful. With the property being clean and quiet. The Pool & laundry facility is a great accommodation.
