I did not know what to expect when apartment searching as it had been awhile since I have lived in an apartment. Leticia has been very kind and she made the application process extremely easy. This apartment complex has been a great place to live. The community is quiet, the location is convenient, and the amenities are nice. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff has been helpful when needed. It’s been a solid experience overall!

Moved from Arizona to Texas and with Leticia’s help the move was amazing she helped with every detail and steps even though I was 2 states away . Anytime I had question she was able to help . The matience man was so helpful as well when I got here . He even helped me move heavy iteams . Just an overall wonderful experience .

Small, affordable apartments located next to Shenanigans. Pot holes in the parking lot and the pool is only open while the office is open. Newer management, tough to reach on the phone.
