Residences at Bear Creek

We just rented a one bedroom apartment here. The community is well maintained and very clean and quiet. The room is spacious, has lots of closet spaces as well. They offer short term lease, which fits exactly what we need. The community manager James is very professional, very friendly and extremely helpful! He answered all of our questions and provided lots of helpful information for us to settle in quickly. We really appreciate all his help. We feel good about staying in this community.

I moved here in July 2025. I do currently live here, so I’m not sure what the move out process or rent raises between lease terms is like. Due to some personal circumstances, I needed to move in on a very short timeline, and James (the property manager) worked with me to process my application/set up utilities so I could move in quickly — which I greatly appreciated! There were clear instructions on everything and clear documentation of the rules of the community so it was a super quick and easy process! I think the price per sq. footage is typical for the area (maybe slightly better because some units have a garage which is not super common?), but what really stands out to me with these apartments is that while the buildings are older, a lot of care has gone into maintaining the units an

Been living here for almost a year and this has to be the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. The responsiveness of the manager and maintenance has been great. James is a great manager and super friendly and professional. Whatever needs I might have he makes sure it is met. Maintenance is just awesome to have. They have done a great job since day one and never had an issue. Not a single one! Trust me when I say “you will not regret staying here”

This community is amazing! I’ve been here a little over a year and a half now and I love it! The first time you call, you can tell the management takes pride in their property! They’re always doing little things for their tenants which makes this place so wonderful. I’ve only had to turn in one work order and maintenance came and got it fixed in less than 24 hours!! The Apartments are updated and beautiful. I seriously cannot say enough positive things about this place. Seriously, it’s extraordinary!!

Bear Creek has been an exceptional apartment experience. Friendly staff and workers, friendly neighbors and best of all this complex is fur-baby friendly. I loved having the small fenced backyard and the dog park. The short-term lease worked wonderfully for me, and I'm so glad to be part of the Bear Creek Family!
