Washington Court Apartments

NOBODY and I mean NOOOOBODY ever rent from Washington courts in Carthage NY. My ELDERLY mother rents from them and they have done nothing but treat her poorly. She pays her rent on time, keeps to herself and doesn’t cause issues. They have given her lease violations for telling her neighbor to leave her alone and to stop harassing her, they have done several unwarranted visits to her apartment for “inspections” without notice, they have been watching her house for no reason because she hasn’t done anything wrong. The tip of the iceberg ? Her previous aid was helping her move in her new furniture in, and took the box over to the ALREADY BROKEN dump area. Now, that person is being blamed for a broken fence, and they screamed so loud at her previous aid that we could hear the property supervi
