Carthage Apartment LLC (Emjay Place)

I really enjoyed my stay over a 3 year span at Emjay Apartments. Christina and Danielle are the best property managers that any company could have acquired. They have always been extremely professional and courteous whenever there was a concern to be addressed. If I could bring them with me to my new location as property managers, I would in a New York minute. The maintenance men were always professional and courteous as well. I would recommend Emjay to anyone that is looking for a place to stay, where they can make it their home and know that any and all concerns will be addressed by the best professionals. Thank you to all the staff at Emjay apartments. You are amazing!!

i called asking about a apartment they will take youre info first then answer. a couple of months later my credit score has gone down 37 points. dont know reason why they doing that to my credit for just a question. read and beware before you call them

We have not lived here a yr yet but the most up most respectful people I've rented from they come to you with a problem first hand very understanding place is kept up and if not we will get a letter asking us to please keep things picked up if you call them with a problem they are right on it to fix it right away if they can I plan on staying here as long as I can
