Vintage Franklin Apartments

My husband and I have lived at Vintage Franklin for 3 months and we absolutely love it. We are not “apartment people” but our unit seriously feels like a home. The walking path is beautiful and they are constantly planting more trees to make you feel like you’re in the TN nature. The team that works here are incredibly friendly. We also believe it’s in the perfect location. You’re two minutes from I-65, you can walk to Publix & Home Depot, and there’s a ton of parking. I feel VERY safe here!

I recently moved into Vintage Franklin and have had a great experience so far. The office team was really helpful with my application, and the groundskeeper has been super friendly everytime i’m outside. I love that there are trees on the property. It gives a much better vibe than my apartment in Nashville had. I’m really happy to be here!

I lived at this apartment complex since it opened. Pros: reasonable rent, great amenities including cabana style pool area, club room with wine dispenser and free coffee station, sound proof working spaces, and large conference room, beautiful walking trail/disc golf course, amazing fitness center. It is centrally located with lots of nearby businesses. Apartment building felt pretty secure with butterfly entry system. Cons: Noisy during many nights with emergency sirens as there is a nursing home across from the complex. It can take up to 10-15 minutes to get on interstate 65 due to traffic on royal oaks and Murfreesboro rd. Multiple changes in management and recent change in ownership. Trash pick up is horrible, neighbors don't respect trash rules. Neighbors don't pick up after their dogs. Hallways smell awful all of the time, so different from the office and Hallways near the office. Management constantly sends messages regarding trash and dog poop but nothing changes, one would believe there's no real consequences for bad behavior. Above neighbors are rude and nosey. Heavy walking at all hours of the night. Always creeping and listening which means the flooring and walls are thin. I'm convinced the person who lived here before me left because of the neighbor above. Otherwise fairly decent community.

I have lived at Vintage Franklin for almost two years and I absolutely love it here! The staff is very friendly and maintenance always responds quickly. I love the location of my apartment, it’s close to grassy areas for my dogs. And the complex is so convenient to everything!
