4 Corners Home Inspections

I would caution anyone who has a medical sensitivity to mold against using 4 Corners for inspection on their home. We hired 4 Corners to do an inspection before we purchased a home and even with all of the tools that 4 Corners uses (which led me to believe they would be thorough enough) they missed a HUGE spot of stachybotrys mold in the attic. The kicker is there was a dinner plate sized water spot visible on the ceiling right under this mold. Barry even took pictures of the water spot and included them in the report, but assured us there was no mold on the other side of the stain.
