Harpeth Square Apartments

We have lived in the building for four years and LOVE it! This is NOT the normal "apartment" lifestyle. The majority of the residents are actually empty nestors like us. Many have lived here since the building was built, and many of us plan to live here long term. The management of the building works directly for the owners of the building, they are not a separate management company. The experience is so much better than you would think is even possible. In short, we love it here and think you will too!

We’ve lived at the Harpeth for four years, what started out as a place to land until we figured out where we wanted to be - has turned into a place we don’t want to leave! The building has a cool vibe, but the best part is how quiet it is, sure we’re downtown so there’s street noise, but we never hear our neighbors. The staff here, what can I say… EXCELLENT! Everything is so well done, so well managed, we have had zero issues in four years!

We LOVE living here! I call it my “Happy place”. We still have a primary residence a few hours from Franklin but want to spend most of our time here. The office staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. We even added our own Electric fireplace.
