I am so happy to live here!! Best staff award goes to Kim, Connie and George!! They are so helpful and kind. I love all the activities they provide to us here at our community. Oct. 29, 2024 New great news!!!!! I had a great experience with our new maintenance technician Esteban recently. I needed the faucet assembly of my kitchen replaced because it was leaking. I believe Esteban definetely went the extra mile when he replaced my faucet. Not only was the faucet professionally installed, but when he placed the items back under my sink he did it very neatly!! Also, I had a filter on the faucet and he removed it from the old faucet and placed it on the new one. As far as I have experienced, Esteban went the extra mile.

So far everything is well taken cared of by the office staff efficient and amiable.. Special mention goes to George who is always busy and very knowledgeable on his responsibilities. I congratulate him for his concern and dedication to his job.

My wife and I have lived in the Vintage Court Senior Apartment in Union City for seven years. It has been a wonderful experience. It is located at the center of Union City, walking distance to Union City Bart Station and shopping mall. The complex is well-maintained and quiet. Importantly, the management staff (CH and KB) and the maintenance technicians are very accessible, responsive, and efficient to the needs of their tenants. Their kindness and patience provide us a strong sense of belonging to the Vintage Court community. They always go above and beyond to provide the best services to their tenants. It's such a delight to call this home.

A good 😊 friend lives here part time and I was visiting him and checking out the neighborhood. The senior complex is well maintained and pride of ownership is apparent. I did not see any liability hazards or high risk situations. Nevertheless those issues could be underneath the shiny ✨ surface… Overall, nice place!

At Vintage court the staff is very nice especially George he does a wonderful job when every you need him he is there and he goes over and beyond to make sure that everything he works on is working correctly my mom Bobbie Starks has been living there for about 12 years.
