Mission Sierra Apartments

DO NOT RENT UNIT 243. This property looks deceptively like a quiet natural oasis (and they advertise as such) but in reality, there's toxic air, stressful noise, constant sleep deprivation and pests that will make your stay anything but "rejuvenating". The buildings have zero soundproofing and the walls are so thin you'll hear all your neighbors walk, talk or bang doors way past the quiet hours. Ear plugs and white noise machine are not enough. Basically you won't be able to sleep before your neighbor and sucks when they constantly stay up late like #242, going about their business as if it was still daytime, with no thought to others who may be trying to sleep. Lived here for 2 years and loved it. The leasing office staff here are amazing and frankly I miss them haha :D. They host semi annual parties and get togethers for the residents such as christmas, halloween, and summer parties. There is free food and cookies provided at these events as well and it’s a great way to meet other residents. The best part of this complex is probably just how well it is maintained. The swimming pool is consistently cleaned once a week throughout the year by a professional even during the off seasons. The apartment complex is consistently lawned mowed and cleaned of any pet poop that irresponsible owners didn’t pick up, etc. The leasing office is also available in person 6 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm, which is not something you get from most apartment complexes

This apartment complex is great. I’ve been living here for a long time. They’ve done plenty of renovations to the property and try to upgrade units. Each time it keeps getting better. We have new washers and dryers, fresh coat of paint to the exterior , fresh parking lot and stripping etc. Office staff are very professional and our maintenance guy Isaac is amazing! He always takes care of our maintenance issues in a timely manner and is very professional. The curb appeal is always well taken care of. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about Mission Sierra and would recommend anyone to live here! You’ll love the big trees that surround the complex! It’s like a breath of fresh air.

The apartments and pool and gym room are nice but the crime around here that is not talked about more often is really a problem. My car has been stolen twice here at these apartments my car has also been tampered with for an attempt to steal here multiple neighbors have had the same problem and there is nothing that the owners are doing to prevent it. Imagine having to pay 2500 in rent and also water sewer and garbage that’s always going up I feel like every time someone moves out there basically making you pay that empty apartment portion and then you have to come out to your car also being stolen or tires stolen with as much money I give up to these apartments monthly I know there able to afford security they only have security come through at 10PM to make sure no one is in the pool or t

I would not recommend applying for an apt here. Unfortunately, they don't make it known to you, the applicant, that you are REQUIRED to LINK your bank account to a third-party website as part of the application process until after you pay for the application. I don't understand why that's necessary at all when in the application step prior, they ask for multiple of your most recent pay stubs. So, unless you feel comfortable handing over your bank login details, Do Not apply here.
