The Union Flats

We have loved living at the union flats so far! Libby has been a huge help from the start, and our maintenance order requests were handled asap! We haven't experienced any mail/ delivery issues, and have felt so safe and happy here! Feel so lucky to have found this property! thank yall for everything!(:

I've been living here for a couple of months, and I only have good things to say about the community, the building itself, and the maintenance team. The people who work here are super nice, always doing their best and smiling when we need help or have questions. It’s definitely one of the best resident support experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone is very kind and helpful.

I visited Union Flats today to see if I could find a place to live there. I had an appointment set up the day before very quickly and with time options. I met with Sam soon after I arrived. He was very friendly and interested in what I was looking to live in. I needed a one bedroom. He showed me around all the amenities before going up to the available apartment. The few questions I asked were answered directly and honestly. He asked a few questions about my budget and came up with a number that would be my rent. He also mentioned the promotion available if I could take the apartment soon. Though it didn’t work out for me to make a move right now, I enjoyed the experience at Union Flats. They made a very nice first impression.

*DO NOT LIVE HERE* I am currently living here & have been dealing with multiple issues of appliances breaking down. Currently seeking legal action, due to lack of management not doing anything in return. For the past 8 months, I have submitted multiple requests to have the kitchen sink properly repaired. While temporary fixes have been made, the problem continues to return within the same week. As of today, the sink is emitting a terrible odor, attracting flies inside the apartment and even outside the front door, creating an unsanitary and unsafe living environment. I am currently sick , I am nauseous & going to the hospital as we speak due to this odor. Additionally, the washer & dryer has been malfunctioning for months, i can NEVER wash anything here. This property is kept in excellent condition! The staff is incredible as well. Sure there are some minor improvement needed but that is normal with any property management. The residents here are all pleasant. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home!
