Villas at Decatur Apartments

It has very nice fully remodeled apartments. On-site workers make constant efforts to improve safety and maintenance. The place is kept clean (garbage comes religiously), with abundant well-kept green areas and plenty of parking space. I recommend this site, very good price/quality ratio. I have been living for almost 6 months and I have never had any negative incident

Now that WE HAVE A NEW OWNER. I HAVE been facing discriminations. I've lived here for 2-3 years now. I have to fight to have MOLD REMOVED , central air never works, ROACH INFESTATION - ENTIRE HOME SMELL LIKE FECES DUE TO POSSUMS AND CATS LIVING UNDERNEATH THE UNITS, AND CESSPOOL. I RECENTLY FACED A HIT AND RUN ON THE PROPERTY, NO-ONE HELPED! I CALLED POLICE AND SECURITY. Nothing is ever FIXED BY PROFESSIONALS, OR PROPERLY. THEY NEVER SPEAK ENGLISH, SO COMMUNICATION IS NEVER POSSIBLE. I PAY MY RENT EVERY MONTH AND I AM A QUITE TENANT - IM VERY RESPONSIBLE BUT TREATED VERY UNFAIRLY. ALL THE UNITS WERE FILLED UP - WHILE IM BEGGING FOR A HABITABLE LIVING SPACE - MY DAUGHTER HAS RASHES AND UPPER RESPITORY ISSUES NOW, EYES ARE ALWAYS INCHING, AND COUGHING. I WAS RECENTLY MOVED TO A NEW UNIT / WI

A great place to live, very safe, and the new administration is doing its job to improve it every day.

They keep putting letters on my door talking about I can’t have stuff I’m about to throw away on my back porch by you have so many people out here going the same thing one person got tires on his porch one person got a swimming pool

I know someone who stay over there they need to shut down these apartments they look so bad rats everywhere I am trying to get my sister-in-law to move they need to be shut down shut them down enforcement !!!!
