I wish I could give Jessica 10 stars! She went above and beyond in helping us buy a second home in Atlanta. We live in Nashville, and were looking to buy a home for a family member to live in. Jessica coordinated with our family member to look at homes in their desired area. She provided valuable insight into the more desirable areas that would hold their value better and hopefully appreciate over time. We were contemplating 2 different homes. As we are from out of town, Jessica made several visits to both sites and videoed each in detail, pointing out all the visible issues, pros and cons. With her expertise and knowledge, we put an offer on a home I loved (and I had very specific needs in what I wanted), and also put my home on the market for sale.
