Poor experience with Brick and Bloom – not recommended I had a very disappointing rental experience with Brick and Broom. * Upon move-in, they promised to fix the curtain and the storage room door but never did. Items left by the previous tenant in the storage were also not cleared as promised. * Any issue with water or electricity during my stay required 3-4 follow-up calls before someone showed up. * They gave me a mailbox key but didn’t know which mailbox belonged to my apartment. I had to go to UPS myself to find out. * I was supposed to have access to the building’s swimming pool, but they couldn’t provide the entry code. * Both bathrooms were stained and in poor condition at move-in, yet when I moved out (after cleaning thoroughly), they deducted $150 from my deposit for “deep cleani
