Village Green

Absolutely the WORST management that does not respond to emails or phone calls and is never in the office. My daughter has had a light switch that doesn't work amd won't turn off for almost a year now. Inhave tried to help her put in multiple calls and requests. Her fridge broke and she is now without a working fridge. They still do not respond. We will be filing a complaint with the city of Marshall. Look elsewhere for an apartment complex with better management.

I cannot believe the amount of changes that have happened since the new management came in. I LOVE my apartment!!! Plus the grounds have been cleaned up, it looks pretty! I feel as is a large amount of the "rift-raft" type of tenants are no longer here. I can pay rent right from my app on my phone, and when Call their office for maintenance or questions everyone is super friendly.

My partner and I have been tenants of Village Green Apartments in Marshall, MI for 3 years now. The place used to be pretty rough but since management has changed to APM there has been a noticeable effort to make improvements. Jennifer at the leasing office is always kind and helpful.

The floors are probably the cheapest floors on the market. You are guaranteed to hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes. Apparently having sub woofers in your apartment is essential to blast while you smoke weed in the apartment. If you get lucky and have a top floor apartment then you might be able to sleep through the night. Also the rumors of drug activity should be a deterrent as there’s usually people rummaging through the dumpster for god knows what. They do offer no extra charge to your rent if you’re willing to drive out of the zip code to get it, otherwise you will have a service fee. Will be moving out asap.

It is alot better now it is under new management. They seem to really be cleaning up the place and getting better people in here. The down side is the walls are really thin so you can hear pretty much everything your neighbors do.
