McClellan III Estates Apartments

McClellan is looking great! They fixed the problem in my bathroom, the hallway has smelled great since I mentioned the occasional unpleasant odor. It never smells funky anymore! Pls tell the woman who walks around making everything look and smell great that she is so so so appreciated!

Kristen was amazing at helping us get into our apartment. She was able to answer all our questions and was very helpful. She is extremely polite and we just had a great experience overall.

I just moved into McClellan 3 Apartments around three months ago. I have lived in different rentals in years past but this is the first rental in a long time for I owned before. This was a very pleasant experience for me, beings I am 73 years old. The management and maintenance were very helpful to me. I was watching my TV from the floor and Judy said, "let me lend to you my card table so it will be easier for you to see the TV. I really appreciated her caring for my needs. Rob has been there for any repairs that I might need. I would recommend McClellan 3 Apartments to anyone. It is very quite and clean. I am glad I made the decision to move here. I lived here for a year. Management is a joke. The maintenance crew is also just shy of useless. I have amazon prime. But because McClellan can’t provide a safe living area, so everyone’s packages get stolen regularly. Instead of fixing the theft problem they get all packages routed to the front office. That defeats the purpose of my prime service. They never made any effort to fix this issue as they never actually fix anything. You can smoke cigarettes inside your apartment. The stench has taken over the hallways depending on the building you live in. Any problems the manager has is solved with post it notes. You can imagine how effective that is. Judy is amazing. From the first phone call, to sitting down in person ,and going over all the details. Not only did she take her time showing us the apartment and answering our questions she gave us information on beautiful places to walk in the area as we enjoy walking. Thank you Judy you are awesome!
