Very clean and quiet complex close to all my needs and interstate. The management staff are very helpful and accommodating.

I stayed in an apartment in Bowling Green, Ky from Sept 2023 until my lease termination in Nov 2024. I even paid the remainder of my lease when I was relocated. This complex decided not to use that information and instead went back 7 years to a dispute that I had with an apartment complex, before I bought my house. Made no sense to me, but ultimately their decision.

The staff took care of an issue I had been having without any further delay. Robert was truly amazing and professional. He got the job done in about 10 min after 2 other maintenance people couldn’t get it figured out. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to helping out your residents.

We were looking at these apartments for my daughter and we had some hiccups on the application process online. Luewella the manager did a great job at following up with us and getting us through the process. Due to unforeseen circumstances we didn't end up moving her in but I would not hesitate to reapply. Luewella is very personable, attentive and caring. She is truly the reason why I wouldn't hesitate to recommend living here.

Leasing office staff is very professional and helpful. They keep the grounds up well. Older apartments that are clean and well maintained.
