Coming up on almost a year living here. Definitely lives up to the expectations. Management is quick to respond to all inquiries and I have no complaints. The building “Super” is constantly cleaning and keeping the interior and exterior of this complex in pristine condition. My boyfriend loves living here as well.
Update: The management of the apartment has improved significantly since the time I have moved here. I initially rated this apartment 1 star but I would say after recent improvements, it deserves to be 4 stars! You may find the appearance of the building luxury, but it doesn’t even have the standard quality! the management is unacceptably poor! After 20 days of moving to this building and calling over dozen times, I have not received my parking tag and nobody has addressed the problems with my unit. Also be aware that this building has extensive noise of train and storage (full of workers) near the building. After living in multiple apartment complexes, i would rate this one the worst.
Absolutely beautiful complex and management is incredibly helpful! Has all the amenities and more!!! Pet friendly too!
My son lives there.Nice and clean.I just believe it's a little bit to pricey
