Bunt Commons III

Bunt Commons has been a nice place to live. The staff is efficient and friendly. If there is a maintenance issue they fix it right away. The grounds are kept very neat. A+

In the short period of time at the Bunt Commons III. Kate Bosch always was there for me with any questions I had. She was always able to help me with a smile. She is very friendly and cares very much about her job and the people who live here. The maintenance crew always came when need on time and never left a job undone. They were always friendly and respectful. If I had any questions they were able to answer me. I have recommend Bunt Commons III to many of my friends if they have to move.

I have been helping my parents look for an apartment, and this complex came highly recommended from a family friend... We recently toured a two-bedroom unit at Bunt Commons 3 and it was beautiful! The property was clean and the apartment was very nicely maintained. It had two nicely sized, carpeted bedrooms, modern looking faux wood laminate floors in the common spaces, new appliances in the kitchen, and a nicely updated bathroom. The property manager Kate showed us around and she was very helpful answering all the questions we had, but it didn't feel like she was breathing down our necks which I really appreciated. She was very friendly, as were the couple of people we passed on the way in to tour the apartment. It seems like a nice little community. Whether my parents end up moving here

The leasing agent Kate was sincerely, stellar in every way always providing timely and accurate instructions and or advice. She and the Maintenance Mgr, addressed within 48 hrs all move-in concerns providing exemplary follow-thru with unusual concern and proper recources. I recommend this community without exception. BRAVO!

I recently viewed this apartment with my sister. Kate is rude. I see she has another bad review from over a year ago with the Copiague location, which means management doesn't care about their customers to allow an employee to give tenants such bad treatment. Beware before renting here she's super rude and has a horrible attitude.
