If all these other 5 star reviews are real then I guess I’m the bad guy but heres my experience with nichole and I will try to be as unbiased as I can. First of all, she told me the wrong move in date which led to me having to find other last minute housing after I had already signed a contract with my job and locked in my availability to them. I will say that nichole did try to resolve this issue for me but her two options were either way too expensive or too far. This was the first hiccup. This issue alone would have been fine because mistakes happen but it wasn’t the only thing. Secondly, my move in date happened to be while nichole was on vacation.
