Veranda - David Weekley Homes

Our experience with David Weekley Homes started off promising — we picked our model, lot, and finishes and were genuinely excited. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration as the entire build process went downhill. Communication was terrible from both our builder and the sales rep. At one point, they installed the wrong stone on our house and spent hours arguing with us, insisting it was correct — even though we had photo proof of what we selected. It took multiple confrontations with various employees to finally get it replaced. Two weeks before our original closing date, we hit a major, unexplained two-month delay. DW never provided a clear reason, and as a result, we lost our locked interest rate and nearly lost our loan approval altogether. To make matters worse,
