Great apartments if you like the idea of being mauled to death by a pit bull. Van Allen apartments are “pet friendly” at the expense of the safety of HUMANS (especially children) by allowing this breed. One young woman especially is constantly walking her pit bull all around Van Allen. And when her dog decides to attack someone (as that breed CONSTANTLY does, even when completely unprovoked), she obviously will have no ability to control it. This place is a horrible tragedy waiting to happen thanks to the recklessness of its management allowing pit bulls. Don’t believe them if they say they ban pit bulls. They don’t. I see this woman and her dog all the time. Someone may be lying and saying it isn’t a pit bull, BUT IT IS. I will update this review if management wisens up and starts carin

One of the best places I have lived in my last 3 years, a very good place, the apartments are very modern and have a smart thermostat system, the office and maintenance team are very professional. It is the perfect place to live with your family and pet.

We had a fantastic experience living at Van Allen! There are plenty of storage in our two-bedroom unit, which made it easy to stay organized. The community itself is wonderful—friendly neighbors, a welcoming atmosphere, and even our dog made so many great friends! One of the highlights was the amazing community events, especially during the holidays, with food, drinks, sweets, and music that brought everyone together. It truly felt like home. We ran into a snag right when we moved in—our freezer wasn’t working correctly—but the maintenance team truly went above and beyond.
