Primrose Garden Apartments

The only complaint I have is that the walls aren’t strong to the point where I can hear other peoples dogs. Other than I have no complaints. The area in general is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Mason (Property manager) is always there when he can be. I just have to remind myself that there are a lot of other people here who might have their own problems. But when he gets to you he is always friendly. The best part about these apartments is the affordability. For reference I was paying almost 1900 a month at my last apartment. I’m happy staying here. The shared washer/dryer took some getting used to but they stay working compared to other in unit ones I’ve had in the past. They have a machine for a laundry card compared to just needing change.

The apartments are ok but the neighbors smoke weed and it seeps into the other units and in the hall. Smells like weed everywhere , it stinks. They also play music loudly. I wish they would do something about it

I had a great experience living there. The homes are in excellent condition, and it’s clear that the owner takes great care of the property. I especially want to highlight the manager, Mason - he is always available, very responsive, and ready to help with any questions. I highly recommend this place.

I'd give it half a star if I could. First when we moved in the toilet broke after one flush, they have no maintenance people so I replaced the water fill valve and flapper but never was reimbursed. When the toilet broke completely we had to go almost a week using another empty apartments toilet. The owner and managers are shady one employee embezzled 4 months of rent we had to get the police involved for fraud we got our money back but it was too late. If you love the police then this place is for you cause they are always there, including swat teams have been there. Not worth the 1200 a month because it's almost as bad as Griswold heights in troy.

Stayed here for over a year. Always paid the rent on time. Their trash overflows and they started charging $100 for leaving trash beside the bin. Felt weird that they didn't fix the fan properly despite 2 maintenance requests. Slightly overpriced.
