My mom really loves her quiet space. The office staff are great, and the maintenance staff are very good at getting the job done quickly! Yes, the inside needs a little TLC, and they should consider remodeling the inside soon. The floor plan is great for my mom—just enough space for her, with peace of mind, quiet surroundings, and they take care of the grounds. Jasmine and Khalid are the best. Thank you all for making a difference.

I’ve been living here long enough to remember when this place had potential. It wasn’t perfect, but it was quiet, functional, and management at least pretended to care. That changed the moment new leadership took over in early 2025. Now? It’s a free-for-all. Noise disturbances are constant. Tenants blast music, yell outside at all hours, and treat the complex like a hangout spot. Smoking and drinking in public areas is just part of the scenery now. It doesn’t matter if kids are around—management does nothing. The smell of weed and stale beer is a regular part of walking to your car. Speaking of cars—they’ve been broken into more than once. You’d think that’d spark some urgency, but no. Same copy-and-paste responses every time, if you even get one. Sanitation’s become a joke. Trash pile

Jasmine is the most helpful person I've encountered while apartment searching. I've encountered many leasing agents at other places that don't even treat me like a person, but Jasmine is the exact opposite. First time I called she was nice on the phone and immediately offered to give me a tour, she's kindly answered my countless questions about the complex and the application process, she's on top of things at the office and she's a big part of why I'm moving here!

Don’t move here if you value peace of mind and quiet neighbors. Avoid avoid if you want good quality of life! Let me tell you about my experience. I have been living here for years now and for the past few months I’ve been having issues with noise coming from my neighbor’s apartment. At different times of the day/night, I hear various noises such as banging, pounding, stomping, shouting, music playing, and children running and jumping. They have visitors that come over constantly, sometimes five days a week, who participate in their disturbances. Despite repeated complaints to the manager about the issue, he doesn’t react. Numerous complaints to Mohamed have not yielded any results nor stopped the behavior coming from problematic tenants who seem to not care about their fellow tenants. P

I wouldn't recommend due to the property manager stayed here over 2 years and this guy harassed me any me chance he got. The used car salesman of apartment renting, once you sign the lease he feels like hes got you and the nice guy act goes away. I would not live anywhere where someone will use their authority to try and destroy your livelihood because they are upset. The property manager here is out of control and borderline delusional to the point he thinks he actually owns the property. He has committed a retaliatory act by refusing to renew my lease (after giving me the option to renew)after I questioned him about why my bill for the month had ridiculous fees added to them. It says a $100 for a late fee but the first isn't even here as well as another random fee that has raised my ren
