Valley Brook Crossing Apartments

So far this has been the best apartment community I have EVER lived in! I really don’t know where to begin with my review. I’m just gonna say I have All good and positive things to say about my living experience here at Valley Brook Crossing Apartments. I have lived here coming up exactly 1 yr this month September. The application process was very easy and was processed within practically that same day of turning it in. I moved from out of state and had absolutely no issues. Andrea and Idalis are very professional in the office. They have worked with me when I was not able to pay my rent on time, never give any hassle although it has been late payments. We moved here in 2018 and are moving out next month. We are only moving because we bought our own home. We have loved our home here. It’s a smaller community and the staff care about the renters. They make sure the community is safe and kept up. They communicate well. If I have a maintenance issue, someone comes almost always the same day to address it. The staff are all so friendly and good to us. Years ago I had an issue with another tenant (noise and pests). The staff did everything within their legal authority to address it. We’ve been really lucky to have the years here and the memories. We recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You guys are the best and will always remember you. You made and make that place a home for us. It feels bad to go but it was nice staying at ValleyBrook Xing. A very safe place to be. To you Idalis and Kayla the Customer service you offer is top notch and to the Maintainance Team you guys you the best. A simple call within seconds you there. God bless you all the time💪🙏❤️

Valleybrook Crossing has been our home for nearly 5 years now and I truly cannot say enough good things about the community. It is a private, clean, quiet and safe place to live. Management is always helpful, kind, and quick to respond to our needs as tenants. We are so grateful for this wonderful community.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The management team is awesome — they truly care about the residents and always go above and beyond to help. The property is well-maintained, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels welcoming and safe. Highly recommend!
