Uphill Flats Apartments

Been here for a year. The office staff is amazing they really work with you. I’ve been working with Jessica since I been here and let me tell u she has been so understanding especially when I lost my job and fell behind. She was very understanding even told me about some resources to help with my rent in the mean time. She also allows me to make payments on my balance. My building is cool as well. Maintenance does a great job at handling your concerns within the apartment. Me and my kids love our 2 bedroom ❤️

Uphill Flats has a great team! Jessica and Ebonee in the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and helpful with all my rental needs. Maintenance is just as great—Mario and Claude are quick to respond and fix whatever is needed. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free they make living here.

One of the best apartments i've ever lived in, dealt with and applied for. The staff Ebonee, Jessica, Mario, Claude everyone is absolutely amazing. everyone nice respectful very understanding and willing to help out anyway possible. i would recommend anyone to come live in this awesome community.

I have been here almost a year and I've had a positive experience residing here so far.However, it would be nice to have better trash delegation outside of the buildings, residents actually cleaning and picking up after themselves, their pets, and their kids.But, I also have to give Ms.Jessica her flowers she's been very helpful, very patient and understanding. Circumstances happen and I am very much grateful that the complex have someone like her, or the staff as a whole really, who works with you and get things done in a expedient manner. This has been my experience and hopefully there will continue to be more.

When I first moved in they had an amazing deal application is free, updated units, etc. Now I have been living here for about 6 months and Jessica is Soo accommodating. She handles all my needs right away.Anything I need done to my apartment she has helped. Mario is a great maintenance man and fixed anything broken in my unit the same day..will recommend to family and friends 😊
