Trophy Ridge Apartments

I am Margie Baker I live at Trophy Ridge Apartments at 1200 Deer Park Road. I have enjoyed living here in a one bedroom apartment for over 3 years. The owners & office worker have been very friendly and have special eating gatherings. I have had immediate help of any thing I needed replaced or help with. The apartments are in perfect locations for quick access to my doctors, Walmart, Lowe,s Market & hardware, places to eat. I also love the arrangement of my one bedroom apartment with nice patio and storage closet. My bedroom and closet are just right. Also love the kitchen bar & open concept great for company.

If you're looking for more than just a place to live, this is it. I've been living here for nearly 3 years now, and what makes this community stand out is the sense of belonging it gives. I've had the opportunity to get to know my neighbors, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The management team does a wonderful job keeping the property well-maintained and safe, and I appreciate the effort they put into hosting community events and gatherings. I'm very happy to call this place home, and I recommend it to anyone who's looking for more than just an apartment, but a true community.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The community is well-kept and quiet, which makes it a relaxing place to come home to. The apartments are spacious and beautiful—I’ve lived in both a three-bedroom and a one-bedroom, and both have been great. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled within a day, which is a huge plus. The pet play area is another bonus and is always well maintained. Most importantly, the management team is fantastic—they’re engaged, approachable, and really care about the residents and the property. The only drawback is that there doesn’t seem to be much soundproofing between apartments, so you do hear quite a bit of what goes on next door. That said, the overall quality of the apartments and the community still make this a wonderful place to live.

We have lived here for several months and I will say this is an amazing place to live! Our Manager is fantastic and responds to all of our needs and or concerns in a timely manner. Trophy Ridge is a tight knit community and very quiet!

I really enjoy living at the community at Trophy Ridge. It’s a great community, very friendly, and very clean. Everyone made the move in process effortless, and I have nothing but good things to say.
