Shown a beautifully done model apartment and was so excited! Only to move into an apartment with clear signs of distress. Everything was painted over multiple times, damages everywhere. Cracks in the ceiling, the counter top was not even sealed properly. Part of the bottom of the cabinet is wide open. The back door isnt properly sealed either. Within the first week of living here the floorboards in the kitchen were seeping water. Maintenance came and "fixed it". I had to put in multiple requests (6 in total) for the problem to truly be solved. The city had to get involved because my water bill was over $1000. They sent someone out to check and see that there was still a leak going on that needed to be fixed. While this was ongoing, our ac went out. It took them over a week to fix this (mid

Just moved in a couple of days ago and I must say Aniyah made the move in process very pleasant. The home its self was a little smaller than I thought and needed minor fixes but management made them their business as soon as I addressed it. The community is also very welcoming and friendly neighbors even asked if we needed a hand ❤️❤️My family and I are going to love it here

I have lived here for a few months and I love my home. I wasn't to sure at first but after talking to the new manager and some residents I'm glad I come to apply. I feel very comfortable because of the security cameras. The response is immediate when I have an issue. I would recommend to my friends if they were looking for a new home.

Ever since Jaz left, this place is going back down. Manangment ignores phone calls,texts and emails. I will be moving out the very second I am able to.
