Encore On The Green

Encore on the Green is a wonderful community! My daughter and I were thrilled in finding it when we were looking for a new apartment with her attending SCAD. Heather and the staff have been great. They are responsive, friendly, and take great care in making sure residents are accommodated. It’s a nice, quiet community perfect for students or small families. Great location if you are looking for a new apartment just outside of historic downtown Savannah.

Encore On The Green is a beautiful, well maintained apartment complex from the top of the line apartment ammenities to the well groomed grounds! Never see trash or dog poop. Everyone is polite and helpful from the residents to the staff. Heather the leasing office Manager who greets you with a smile and answers all your questions and suggestions. Many tours we went on seemed rehearsed and lacked enthusiasm is there properly. Not here!! It's obvious Heather has great pride in Encore as she should. Maintenance Mark H. Is constantly walking the grounds making sure everything is perfect all the while engaging with the tenants. I highly recommend you tour Encore you won't regret it and if you are just as taken back with the numerous bbq, fire pits, lounge area and more you will sign that day l

Mark the maintenance guy is top-notch! Always on time, fixes things right the first time, and is super reliable. Couldn't ask for better service! Not to mention the community as a whole is just wonderful and peaceful. Heather the property manager is great also, whatever I need or suggest she’s all ears and help in anyway she can!

This place has been beyond amazing! From the leasing office to maintenance AND the people that live here! Every one is very friendly and kind, the amenities are always clean and so quiet at night, every one is respectful and it feels really safe. The apartments are spacious and so modern! It’s been a great experience thus far!

The apartments are new, the property well-kept, and the staff is great! I've had two maintenance issues fixed without fuss. I've had a great experience!
