I initially gave a five star review and I’ll leave that below here because I did enjoy the tour and I felt very welcome and understood there. But two days ago I called to verify if one of the apartments was a first floor two bedroom told yes told once I fill out the application call back for the payment part I’ve been trying for two days to call. I have sent a message through their online form and I have left a voicemail and now I go back to look in the apartment that I was interested in is off the list so I’m assuming somebody beat me to it which is fine. There are their apartments out there. How do you get through to anybody? I mean if you are super busy, you couldn’t even courtesy reply and let a perspective tenant know. This site is the worst. They have no control with marginal city arguments alcoholics who cross the corridors, urinate on the surroundings regardless of whether they are observed by children and women it is an unsafe place to be rented there. Administrative staff are inefficient, which results in an unregulated collection administration, inventing expenses and payments from where they do not exist.
