I really wish I could give 5 stars. We love the neighborhood and feel like this is a good place to raise our daughter, and any children we have in the future. It feels safe here and the facilities are great. Our home is beautiful, and although we have had some issues, they have been resolved (not always in a timely manner, but they have been done). We closed on a move in quick ready home- an Emerson Executive in November '24. The reason for the 3 stars is because we are disappointed with the transparency given to us. We really wanted to get the Sebastian model, but were told multiple times (at both this location and at the Ridgeview community) that a Sebastian model would not be given the 5% interest rate, because it was ending in 2024, and none of those models would be available until 202

On Saturday May 25th was a day my family and I planned to go house hunting with a FULL schedule. It wasn’t going well for the first half of the day, that is, until we entered the community of Trinity Lakes and met Diana Daniel. This community was not even included in our schedule, but I am so glad we got the opportunity to visit Trinity Lakes. This last minute/by the way plan, was only to "look" at a model.
