I had the pleasure of spending roughly 6 to 7 mos. in this community and it was such a pleasure. The community clubhouse and pool area are like being in a resort. They even have their own fitness center. It also has an amazing Lake area. It took me a couple of days to figure out that this community had a recreational picnic area on the lake, and may I say, WOW. As matter of fact after finding this great little spot my husband and I decided to launch from the boat ramp down the street, Arnold Brothers Boat Ramp and we were able to canal straight to Lake Lucy and couple of other lakes as Lake Lucy is connected to the Groveland Chain of Lakes. Great location I would live there full time if circumstances permitted.

The Lopez model Is amazing! What a great plan and fits everyone's needs! The master has its own extra secret room. Perfect getaway to have some time for yourself. It's like a private speakeasy room.
